Damn. Initial test = 9 unmodified pushups. I guess I should be glad it's that many considering I've been mostly doing knee pushups lately.
I think that's pretty good. Even when I was young and in shape I couldn't do many straight pushups. My arms have always been weak in comparison with the rest of my body, no matter how much weight lifting I do. - Spidra Webster
I'm with you on the weak arms. :-( A few years ago I could do 4 sets of 10, though. 100 seems crazy, though. - Jeanine W.
