Assuming that a missed alarm was the reason why measures that were supposed to be taken, weren't, because the alarm management system... "For months, the computer system had been locking up" ... it's the crew's fault for not getting it fixed - for months -on a frakking oil rig. If they requisitioned for repairs / replacements - I'd like to see the people who denied it to go before a court and try to explain themselves.
