Good tip, but wanted to pass along another. You can double-click anywhere in the tab bar and FF3 will create a new tab for you. Hope that helps...

Yeah, I've always used Ctrl-T, usually followed by Ctrl-E (search)

I Ctrl+T too, in fact, I barely even touch the mouse when browsing. =P

When coding I'm pretty much mouse-less, but browsing I use the mouse to middle-click, back/forward, right-click, etc.
