The Dedupe process is a batch process but the checking if a block is eligible happens all the time

I was told it was because of the fingerprinting process dedupe does to analyze if a block is eligible for dedupe.

Only a small performance hit when it is doing dedupe. Done Sat and Sun @ 12:00am by default.
