Why don't we hold candlelight vigils for servicemen killed overseas? Twelve die here and its the top story... we've lost 4,359 in Iraq and 916 in Afghanistan so far. That hardly ever makes the news. I feel for the families of those killed overseas whose deaths are scarcely acknowledged or appreciated.

UPDATE: Rep from @Verizon I spoke to last week called me & got my upgrade fiasco worked out. Shouldn't have happened at all, but I'm happy.

Aaron was shocked to get a call from Verizon to iron out the upgrade problems I had today.

Very upset w/ @verizon right now. Called 2x a week ago to confirm I could get my upgrade @ Best Buy. They lied & I left w/o #Droid today.

Aaron is not happy with Verizon or customer service reps who lie for no reason whatsoever.
