Abhik, if you need more specific answers on RDF (e.g. on the Blue Obelisk eXchange), you need to make your questions more specific... Other than that, there is also the PharmBio book, which has a chapter on RDF (and friends) -> http://chem-bla-ics.blogspot.com/2011...
