At first I thought I was being silly thinking like this, but who the hell got the bright idea to give tasers to cops? With guns, they know the repercussions of shooting. Not so with this, "non-lethal" torture device. Add to this the pregnant lady in Vermont, I think, that was hit in her backyard during a baptism party along with her elderly grandfather, and the 76 year old man driving a tractor with a 9 year old on board in a parade in Wyoming.
