I use Tweetdeck http://tweetdeck.com/beta/ and I also use Seesmic http://seesmic.com/desktop... . Both are good, and are Cross platform apps. If you are on a Mac I would recommend Tweety http://www.atebits.com/tweetie... (This is what I use on my mac).
