I'm with Otto on that one, you can't do it now. It would've been better if it was thought at the conception stage, where no one could've questioned the 'free' use vs 'paid' use. Else, it's bad press and lost of traction for a service. I haven't even started on invites, these are all just apps from when I first joined and didn't care if I clicked yes or no to an app invite. The things were everywhere, and you have to go into each one and remove it from your wall individually if you don't want to axe them completely. PITA...
