Ther reason that I am recommending this is because from my experience with Google over many years, I find the official channels of communication between Google and its users are very stern. So when a user has a problem with Google they wind up going from place to place and not being able to find a solution. Sometimes because Google is so big, it seems like everything is going down the black hole, even when you go to the proper Google channel of communication. So I hope we can start a Google unofficial Chanel of Communication on Friend Feed where Googlers stop by from time to time to listen. - Igor The Troll יִצְחָק
