Trying to decide if I should order today and hope Kindle 2 and not the currently ugly Kindle. Any thoughts on this?

Can't get stupid MS Exchange to work on my iPhone. Hmm... maybe it's the iPhone being stupid. Too soon to tell.

Have you tried using your OWA address as the server?

using external exchange is usually a different config ask your friend who runs WM

I think its the backup that slows down the whole thing. I could be wrong but I think each app is always getting copied back to itunes.

Yup, mine takes forever to sync minimal data.

yep - me too - seems to have got a bit faster after the first one or two though

I think it's also an issue with video? I had two movies and the backup crawled. Then I removed one and the backup goes a bit faster.

The backup takes waaaay too long.

You can choose to stop the backup at any point - there's a little X to the right of the progress bar top of the iTunes screen - click that (if you know it's backed up recently etc) and it will skip over to its first syncing activity
