Dear University of Minnesota Faculty, On Monday, February 22, all University of Minnesota campuses will partner to host the 2010 University of Minnesota Job and Internship Fair. Faculty support of the Fair is an integral part of its success. The career offices at the University of Minnesota hope you will encourage students to attend by mentioning it in your classes and during meetings with students. The Fair is open to all U of M undergraduates, graduate students, and recent graduates. It's held from 10 a.m. to 4 pm. at the Minneapolis Convention Center. The Fair is free, but it does require registration. Please direct students to www.umjobfair.org for all the information they need about registration, getting to the fair, and how to prepare. The Job and Internship Fair connects students with employers and organizations seeking to recruit them for diverse jobs and internships. In this economic environment, it’s a particularly important opportunity for our students. Thank you in advance for your support of this significant event.
