Barbara. Be aware of the filters you put in place. I used the 80 / 30,000 as suggested in the training videos and for a number of terms no results are displayed. Remove filters and results will appear. - Ade

Barbara, if you are still having problems I suggest you go to the 30dc forum there are a lots of people posting about problems and getting answers there. Or sign up to the Samurai forum, I checked it out and there is some great information there. - Steve Tallamy

The weird thing is that the SEO Competition feature works fine - only the Keyword search does not - hmmm. But thanks anyhow for all the suggestions; I have done some reading on the forum but so far all their suggestions have not come to anything, so far. I wonder if my dsl connection is too slow - 384kbps - at least that what the service provider claims but I usually only get up to 50kbps. I'm just worried about spending so much time trying to fix this when there is enough to do in the 30dc as it is. - Barbarossa

I wouldn't think it is your dsl. I'm constantly moving around 3-4 locations continuously on wireless. Sometimes I have pretty bad conditions. I would go with your filter selection, and maybe even your keyword selection. Are you getting a little dialogue box stating that there is no traffic for your keywords. This happens to me frequently... I just try it later on in the day, and then I get results... - John Serra
