After an evening of playing dodgeball and bouncing on trampolines I'm fully feeling rejuvinated and ready to hit it.
Watched way too many tv shows tonight, coors light + hacking flash. Good times.
It's pretty awesome when things work the way they should, I totally wish I had a hot tub at my house :/
Why does the first half of my run hurt so bad and the second half feel so awesome. Workout - check, oil change - next up, then office.
