If you are going to be hosting a website with a primarily African customer base, would you host in Africa or would you host in Europe (and where in Europe?). The costs / bandwidth from African-based webhosters seems ridiculously small when compared to the European ones, but I'm wondering how much of a lag users would notice if it was EU-based.
