Aidamina on Finally training Industrial Command Ships on my trade/haul-bear character. Whipped this up to express my feelings on the matter. - http://www.reddit.com/r...
"The best way to combat this is by understanding triangulation. When a scan results gives you a double signature it simply means you are missing an axis. Eve is 3D but for clarity lets just dump it down to a 2D world. If a result is within the sphere of influence of two probes in a 2D world the location of the result is at the intersection of these two result spheres. In the image below the green lines indicate the maxium scanrange of a probe and the red line indicate a result, note that a probe only knows the distance of the result from the center of the probe and therefor doesn't know the direction. Therefore the signature can be at two possible locations [2 probe example](http://imgur.com/XddWF)"

"Incorrect It is definitely possible to fit a 100MN Mwd to a Tengu. Granted it will be a bit of a gimped fit, as a lot of tank gets sacrificed in the process, but it is possible and has its applications."

"The game doesn't need any new ships. Half the ships that are in game at the moment are rarely used, simply because they are not viable compared to alternatives. Make all the current ships useful before you add new ones to the game."

"If you're training Amarr BS 5 for carrier, you might want to hold off on that for a bit. Atleast until they confirm or deny that they are going to change the prerequisites to Amarr BS 4. [source](http://community.eveonline.com/devblog...)"
