Legislation exists against child marriage but the chain breaks when it comes to execution - maybe because the government is not in a position to address their concerns. Understandably, there are some fundamental issues which the government needs to take cognizance of - there is only so much that an NGO can do BTW: The video has its share of gaffes. At one place, what is said by the lady has been translated to something completely opposite in meaning.
