Because finding me meant finding the things that need to be said, the battles that need to be fought, the people who need me. Are you in?
I've found the most delightful things hidden, tucked between the thin blue lines on my paper; delightful things I'm dying to share.
You can find the most wondrous things in silence. I discovered just how far I've fell into the comfortable trap of constant connection.
I needed a reboot. For me, that meant writing more-with a pen, on real paper-& tweeting less. It's been painfully cathartic, but worth it.
Sometimes, you get so busy you lose track of important things-like who you are, why you are, & where you're going. I did.
It's so much easier to cling to the words of other people's lives, to wrap yourself up in the fascinating security of watching, not doing.

Just realized why I haven't been tweetin-connecting/conversing has been difficult(mostly a time issue)so Twitter's lost a bit of its magic

@saharabloom I personally know several soldiers who have served/are serving in Afghanistan & they've never heard of this "phenomenon."
