don't hear the theme, but i do hear the Airwolf whine/howl sound they used for the helicopter. For MacGyver, I always hear the last bit of the theme

Abby, it's not the food. He did play cello on the dock in several episodes, Sometimes, at the beginning of an episode you'd see him out there and they'd call him in to fly off, or when it'd been a "hard" mission and he needed to "unwind" he'd be out there at the end of the episode talking to Dom
