congrats on the deal Loic. the concept of video comments really puts some accountability on what you say. - Andy Jenks
- TunisianGuy
Awesome!! Keep it up, FF is going to add 70 more services next week ;) (kidding) - Jigar Mehta via twhirl
I'm still working on adding Google Reader and Disqus when I have time... 35 is impressive! - Mitchell Tsai
I figured that it was best to try out some of the sites that I hadn't tried out, like iLike. Plus it locks my name in on all of these services in case I want to use them in the future. Plus my FriendFeed badge looks kick ass now. Haha. - Thomas Hawk
I like the locking-in-name idea. In 1991, there were 2 "Mitchell Tsai"s on the internet. Now there are around 13 of us. I wasn't able to choose "mitchelltsai" for LinkedIn or Gmail or Yahoo! Mail because I was such a "mainstream" or "late adopter". So Google refuses to show my LinkedIn profile, because it figures "mitchtsai" is just a duplicate of the Houston "mitchelltsai" - Mitchell Tsai
2,324 Chris! Now that's impressive. I've joined a lot more of course (but nowhere near 2,324) I'll try to keep joining them as FriendFeed adds them. - Thomas Hawk
That's a lot of noise we'd all be making if we all joined every network imaginable. And I know people will say "just filter it out". Then what's the point of adding it to ff? - Shawn Farner via twhirl
that sounds nice, loic! so are these videos on seesmic public timeline, too? or are they just personal and private? if they are public, how do you avoid spam? - Timo Heuer
Timo: they are on the public timeline over at Seesmic too. - Robert Scoble
Timo: the videos go to Seesmic in your friend timeline if you follow me but not in the public timeline yet, we want to add a related url first - Loic Le Meur via twhirl
nice work Loic. You guys are on a tear. I say you have some twitter contests and give away the shirts or sticker... - Rodney Rumford
loic: thanks (for the link and the information) - Timo Heuer
Not to be a bastard, but if Dave was on FriendFeed, he would have known this about 5 minutes after it happened. :-) Dave, why aren't you on here? - David Bisset
I checked blog.twitter.com myself and found no announcement. I'm on MojiPage/FriendFeed at the moment, and apparently @ev and/or @twitter_status made some sort of announcement, but I can't view either Twitter account, and MojiPage's FriendFeed widget doesn't have good navigation. Yet. - Ontario Emperor
Just successfully viewed @twitter_status. They announced 1/2 hour ago that they lost a database server. - Ontario Emperor
I can see it via ev's friendfeed but w/o twitter being up a message sent there seems worthless - Susan Reynolds via Alert Thingy
Thanks Dave. His status update http://tinyurl.com/5p7dbj reads "We lost a database server, which is causing lots of errors. Reloading the page may work. It's in the process of recovery." as of 10:50 pm ET. - Mitchell Tsai
Apparently he's not too legit to Twit. - Chris Reed
@Chris, where's the GROAN button when you need it? - Carla Thompson
Good to see Someone recreate hisself and still stay in the "game" - Anthony Farrior
Thanks Scott for the Tweet about MCHammer. Cool. I love dance. At Microsoft, it came in handy to have dual majors in Computer Science & Dance. :-) - Mitchell Tsai
