I would be interested in what websites the poll was placed on as different sites are likely to be used by different types of internet users. I completely agree with your results though and it is likely they are fair sample, if anything they might overestimate the use / recognition of twitter. - Alistair (alpinefolk)

@Alistair: According to the interface it's a real wide mix of sites, ranging from Dvorak Uncensored to Hacking Truths (http://www.hungry-hackers.com/) to NetWinner.com to Pajamas Media to Popoholic to TechnoSpot (http://www.technospot.net/blogs...) to WiseBread. However, I don't know which sites composed the responses, only the impressions. [FYI - I worked at Vizu for a time, so I know a bit more than average about how it's deployed etc.] - AJ Kohn
