depends on your focus. so it really depends on the day! :)

More productive. Even with a <1 year old I am more productive at home than I am at the office.

More, although if I'm not in the mood to work it is far less productive. I usually end up working from home for a day periodically to catch up on things.

Depends on the task. When I'm crunching on a book deadline, working from home is better b/c no commute and no distractions. But for general work it helps to have input and feedback so the office is a more productive environment.

...more productive, but less interesting: i do enjoy interacting with my colleagues face-to-face when I'm not under pressure for a deadline or something
