I've lost a couple of subscribers over the past week or so, which is understandable: I've been rather focused on economics and politics lately. I've realized, though, that it's because I find both situations so utterly, incomprehensibly *stupid*.
Thanks, Peter. Don't know that I could even if I wanted to =)

I get the notice when people subscribe but ... I actually haven't checked to see if they still are subscribed. Looking now ... [edit] seems like a lot. *shrugs* If the subscribe, they subscribe if they don't ... they don't.

Even with my lowish numbers I've lost a couple. But, did we really lose anyone or was FF incorrect in their counts?

Tina - I'm digging discussions about economics and politics with you. Don't stop!
- Hutch Carpenter
Tina, if I could only follow you a second time, I would :)
- Johnny
Just find some new ones to add. There's plenty of people who still love you for you, Tina.

I get notices when ppl subscribe, and I've been running FriendVenn to keep up with subs (as those have been going up quickly) http://ff.deasil.com/friendv... and that's where I started noticing some subs dropping (cause I can see the subscription email and see they're no longer subbed). It's only a handful, and that's ok. And Hutch: I'm having a geeky good time with politics and the economy right now. It's like a car wreck: I can't help but watch!

Tina - I apologize, I stole those subscribers.... it's my content, it's undeniably superior... sorry

I dig the fact you do not censor who you are or what has your attention just to put up a happy shiny shell. Be you. Makes for the best FFeeders.

Well, this wasn't intended as a pity me post, but I appreciate all the kind words =D I'm not worried about losing folks, but I do think the phenomenon is interesting. A social experiment of sorts... Ties into my love of spreadsheets and charts ;-)
