I always change up the cover letters per job (a set format per type of job and drop in the appropriate information where necessary). The biggest difference between the two jobs at this point is the awards/honors, so that might be the section I drop in/out based on what I'm applying for. - FFing Enigma

On a Mac ANY printable document can be saved as a PDF through the Print dialogue box. ^^ - David C. Cooper

Windows offers the same with Cute PDF. OO doesn't even require the print dialog box, though: just press the PDF button and you're off - FFing Enigma
