It was a cordless drill and failure was mostly due to the fact that we have a pretty shoddy pepper grinder to begin with. He's fixed it so it's useable again and was quick to let me know I should be happy he didn't try to use the Dremel: nothing like grinding pepper at 10,000 RPMs. - FFing Enigma

to grind pepper and other stuff at 10000 rpm, I use an electric coffee grinder. the downside is absence of a cool pistol-like grip. - 9000
