My absolute favorite is the bear claws from Panera. They've gone back to making them the old way - very sweet - and just full of a sweet streusel filling with a little almond paste. Mmmmm.

I would totally have an almond croissant if I knew where to get one... I don't frequent bakeries usually, and I don't even know if there's a bakery in the area that makes them. But the bear claws from Panera sound really good and are easily accessible for me. :)

Cheryl, sounds like you need to take some bakery field trips to test the availability in your area. Darn, having to try baked goods at multiple bakeries ;-)
