British expressions are awesome. A few years ago our network was working only sporadically, and a coworker described it as going "up and down like a tart's knickers."
- DGentry
Alright, I'm going to have to start making a list. The knickers line almost cost me a keyboard....
- FFing Enigma
of course, you can substitute the word "tart" for things like "whores" "chavettes" etc
- alphaxion
Yep, I think an Aussie accent works best for this. It's usually f'in wanker though.
- jjprojects
Said it today on the road, Aussie style. Copped it right back too :D *fond tear*
- Mo Kargas
Wanker is a curse best served with a drunk southern accent.

from fftogo
just try to say it sorta like: woinkah. [then fine-tune from there]
- Anthony Citrano
Not so acceptable, but I kinda like dumbass!
- Janice
I'm afraid living in the uk i picked up the quaint: "muppet!"
- Iphigenie
Joelle, I've never been to the UK but I was watching some movie where a lady keep calling kids 'poppet' and it stuck: I call one of my cats poppet sometimes. I like it =)
- FFing Enigma
I use "muppet" a lot due to the fact there are so many of them. ;-)
- Kol Tregaskes
I love it when the bruiser in "Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels", says something to the effect of "As long as they're not complete f*ing muppets"
