According to some researchers, personality tests for medical school might be the way to go. http://www.6minutes.com.au/article...
The only question I have, in such a wide field (from emergency to pathology) how do you select which personalities are desirable and which are not. Surely there are certain specialities that are more suited for specific personalities, and as such you shouldn't be beginning the culling process (based on personality) at such an early stage.
