Made some biscotties at College today which made me thought of this recipe which I had been keeping for some time now so... lesson for today is Biscotti.

Today I made some Chocolate Chip Cookies to munch on during the weekend but the only problem is... I don't think it will be here when the weekend comes. Sometimes I envy those who owns a blog and can write so many posts in a day, I mean I'd run out of things to say within the first few sentences. But never the less I do try to keep things interesting around here by trying to post as regularly as I can. Its Sunday, a day to laze around the house doing nothing but sit back and relax. There is only one thing I hate about Sundays is that soon it will be Monday and the hectic pace of life will repeat its cycle once again. Finally...... managed to reboot the laptop after almost 48 hours of non stop formatting, reinstallation, transferring of files, registration and the irony is half of that time was spent waiting beside the laptop while it is taking its own sweet time to do whatever it wants to do. But if feels brand new now :-D - 30th August 2011
