Answer: no, we can't. $34M is fantastic, but the scale of the diseases is still incredible. AND mass treatment brings with it unique problems, e.g. logistics of distribution, emergence of resistance. "Neglected" really refers to level of acknowledgment of need to act vs. scale of the problem.

I would like to tell them that I love them and that I am grateful that God blessed us with each other and gave us life. That out of our entire household, not one of us was missing in serving the Lord. That though it has been hard at times, the discipline more so than what we considered the blessings helped us to be more like Him and we are grateful for His patience because we sure had a lot more abundant life with Him than we did without Him.

I was there at the birth of Global Consciousness. It started off simply enough as this little site called FriendFeed. Soon after we began using new Intelligent Agent software which quickly evolved into true Artificial Intelligences. Yeah, your best friend Marty, the AI kid - he traces his roots back to the beginning of the 21st century. It was a great time to be alive!
