Right. I understand why the minority w/ overhead carryons fret over it. It's everyone else doing that who I don't understand.

Just registered for the keynote only (ie free) ad:tech. I did not enjoy it last time; probably won't go, but now have the option at least
Ah thanks for the heads up. I just registered for it too. 3 years ago I enjoyed the keynote. Haven't been back since.
