btw, there's no "24 hour lag time" in google analytics.. it's just a default setting. if you click on the date you can write august 22. for end that, and then, you get real time traffic reports - Thomas Chisler from twhirl

I just discovered something really important that can affect your Google analytics account with huge consequences. If you sign up for google adwords, and start to use it, then after a while you get invited to link your adwords account with your google analytics account. Sounds like a good idea yes? But beware - if you agree and go ahead it changes your Analytics account from Orange to GREEN!!!! - Andy Roberts
