RT @AndrewWarner: If you have a giant pile of business cards, send me a picture of it. I'll buy @cloudcontacts for the owner of the biggest pile I see today.
btw last year did change things as you note - i've come for over 5 years and frankly if I wasn't living here now, I would not be attending this year. I think this year will be very hard as they have expanded to so many non-walkable locations. Most conferences put a cap on attendance, they don't do that here.

"Traveling on Christmas Eve is no fun, unless you happened to be on Spanair flight JK5208 from Barcelona to the Canary Islands this year. When they arrived at baggage claim, they each received their own personal Christmas present on the carousel. For once, it pays to check a bag! Agency: Shackleton in Madrid. Via Adverblog."

Ummm.. It's about a far superior user experience, not about being a fan boy and it's about protecting the OS from the scum that regularly infect Windows PCs. I could care less who wins market share, because I know Apple will maintain incredible user loyalty and Android phones never will. Edit: when I say scum I mean those same people will infect android phones very soon.

The Gay Men's Chorus of Los Angeles performed three concerts over the weekend titled "Comfort & Joy." During the performances, the chorus acknowledged young gay men and lesbians who have killed themselves after being bullied. A highlight of Sunday's concert was this moving appearance by LeAnn Rimes, who sang "The Rose" in a duet with the chorus, singing "Lo, How a Rose E'er Blooming.""
