Now the DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) hits me and Lina. Both of us walking like on stilts and it's a challenge going Down stairs. Oooh, oohh, ahhh, aahh. Funny we don't ache during training but race seems to take a lot more out of us.
Alvin just finished 18k training run after a layoff. Was feeling hungry @15k & seeing stars. Pilates helped in strengthening my core & 1st time I could do light midfoot landing & held core steady all the way.
