Amazing response to toys'r'us sale. A Few great marketing tactics at play. Member pricing, scarcity, launch sequence, high visibility showcasing sale & rush that engenders more herd mentality. Announcement that keeps whipping up frenzy & now promoting thru social media.
Just finished half marathon & tried barefoot warm down run. Calf muscles seized up, too fatigue to of ball of feet. Now at Olld town coffee shop whacking Kaya French toast & ham & cheese polo bun with local teh & choc. What a great start to weekend...
Just tried barefoot running today after my interval training. Inspired by Terence and Tim Ferris article on VFF. Felt pretty good. Calves got a bit more of a workout with more gripping and landing forefoot. Felt more stable doing some striding. Anyone else tried barefoot running or with those VFF?
