I wouldn't label a person 'spam' just because you think the items they post into FF are endorsement/sales pitches: after all, you have the option of not following them and not seeing the items. Spammers are the ones that comment bomb or post inappropriate sales pitches in groups.

Tina -- in my mind spam is unsolicited commercial posting - even though I did subscribe, I didn't subscribe to this so it definitely is unsolicited. But as I said I wonder if something else is in play (others are suggesting her blog was hacked).
