@EasyClothDiaper I live in Vancouver, so the Olympics are coming to my own back yard. I don't imagine I ever would've made it otherwise.
Next time I have business cards made I think I'll list my title as 'Boss Lady'. It has a nice ring to it, don't you think?
@curiousdad If that is my biggest parenting mistake - telling the occasional 'white lie' - I would say I had done EXTREMELY well. ;)
@curiousdad I lie to my kids ALL THE TIME - about what that sign says, what I was just eating, what I really think about that outfit.
I've been losing things everywhere lately & I feared I was losing my mind. Then I realized my toddler is HIDING THINGS.
@curiousdad I have lots of friends who don't 'do Santa'. I do, mostly because I enjoyed him as a kid & was not traumatized in any way.

I think I'm sort of tired of winter, & it hasn't even officially started yet. Because I am all rugged & stoic that way.
It's amazing how appealing Twitter is when I have work that I don't want to do. Also, dusting & organizing my sock drawer.
