This is how I do pushups when I don't use the wall. It's the only way I can because of my bad back and shoulder. I didn't know there was a name for it. I only do the ones with my hands on the ball or my shins on there. I couldn't do the ones with the toes on the ball.

I've had to roll off the ball to the side when I pushed myself too far sometimes. Usually with handstand prep. Anika - I think shins is pretty impressive - I have to do it from my knees/thighs! I'm trying to do the ones with my hands on it without letting fear of falling mess me up.

If I do it from my kneed/thighs, I roll off!

"Household-centric blog CasaSugar explains the making of a completely natural fiber dryer ball out of wool yarn. If you happen to have some wool yarn on hand your dryer balls will cost you nothing at all; if not, you'll need to buy just a few dollars of the stuff. Once sent through the wash and dried to felt its surface, you'll have a dryer ball that will last for thousands of dryer cycles."

"But back to that business model. Milkmuny pays money for collected cartons to charities, schools and groups who need fundraising capital. It washes them and via a bit of clever folding and fabrication engineers a couple of designs for multi-pocketed wallets. These are sold for about $10 bucks. A portion of the sale finds its way to 1% for the planet."
