I think of iOS as communism and Android as capitalism. There's a lot of ugly in capitalism but the rate of improvement is much higher. Maybe communism looks better in the 40s and 50s (and maybe it doesn't) but after a few decades the capitalist countries have improved a lot and the communist countries haven't. - Amit Patel
