Kind and Gentle C-OM-MUNITY Yoga Meetup Group is the Karma Yoga Project of kg yoga life practices (http://kgyoga.blogspot.com). It is for yoga enthusiasts (all levels, shapes, sizes, and ages) who: 1) believe that yoga is a heart-centered practice that helps you develop the energy of the heart: loving-kindness for yourself and others. 2) enjoy practicing gentle, restorative, candlelight, and yin yoga in parks and at yoga studios in the DC area The Group will participate in FREE community morning yoga sessions held in Malcolm X-Meridian Hill Park.
