a few years from now, the arrival of the PC in homes will just be seen as the first step to the Internet. It's the net, not computers.

I am not kvetching about a free service even though it is annoying after 3 days with just my Treo. ;) - Mathew A. Koeneker
Feels exactlly like AOL in 1996... there's a certain feeling of inevitability; the more time passes, the more opportunities for twitter to screw itself by pissing off users. If they can turn this around -- suddently and dramatically -- future users will be more loyal than ever, but more likely they will flop around like a fish on the floor of a Chinese restaurant, just waiting to be beaten with a stick and poached in chili oil. - sage brennan from twhirl
the downtime is all part of the Twitter charm i think :) after all, what else would we have to talk about. - Michael Gartenberg
