Thanks Rob, I had forgotten my username for I always used my email address to login - I found there is a settings > username > change thing that lets you change your username once and then you get a facebook.com/username url!

MF/Kol = I live in Kingston on Thames. It's OK apart from the traffic (continually gridlocked) and the shops (girls just lurve them). Handy for getting into London both airports and out to the Thames Valley for work type things. Richmond Park and the river in walking distance is great too.

Honestly, I haven't used it in a long time and it's for two reasons: I began to lose interest once the novelty wore off and I just haven't really had time. I've been watching more than ever, but I forget to go rank them sometimes (also the ranking individual movies on the three-at-a-time page is less fun - didn't I hear that you were working on a new way to do that?). Ooh, fanciful idea based on Ahsan's comment - integrate with the Netflix RSS feeds or something so when you return a movie Flickchart automatically pops it up to rank. :)

I'm never really at my computer when I use flickchart so I guess if I had any feedback (which I haven't thus far because the service has been great!) it would be to perhaps optimize the mobile site for android phones. For me it the site hangs a lot, and I can't actually access the charts on the top. But it's a small criticism as I can still choose what films I like with reckless abandon! :D

I know they had to figure out a way to attract people who didn't watch the series, but it didn't feel of a piece to me. River was not an action hero in the series - her power was much more mental and science-based than physical and action-based.

I enjoyed it in the movie, but it basically meant River was a different character in the movie than she was in the series. If I had to choose, I'd choose series-River over movie-River. The subtlety of her character was much greater, and I found her far more intriguing. Anyone can learn to kick ass. Not everyone can kill people with their brains.

Sorry to be unclear. The TV series was way better than what I expected from the movie preview--which made me think it would be Buffy in Space. I wish I had seen the TV series without having any such expectations. The way she beat the final assassin was totally superior to superkickgirl style.

If your friends share with a note, a duplicate item is created. If they do a regular share, and add a comment, the item will remain marked as read and you shouldn't see the other shares as unread.

I've just read a shared article from 'People you follow' and it was marked as read in the regular feed view as well. very nice! It would be good to see what others have shared in the regular feed also. Now I can see my icon next to items I have shared, but nothing from followers.

There's two points I want to make about it. First, as most of the commentary on the poll has pointed out, more people now believe the Conservatives are progressive than they do Labour. Unsurprisingly, the Progressive Conservatives at Demos are happy about this.
