"Jason, Adding the social bookmarking and such should work fine with the plugins, and adding additional header may require a little more work, as the only area to add that is where my site says "startup" and "finance". It is very easy to do with a little HTML knowledge, and I can even lend a little help, but it's not an out of the box item. The theme hasn't been updated to go along with the latest Wordpress but will be fully functional with all of 2.7+ Adsense is actually already customized, if you come in from Google you will see Adsense ads on the site, while if you come to the site directly you won't -- try it out for yourself." - Andrew Wise
