"Hey Andy, I think I just need to explain better how Disqus picks up your comments. Every thread (post) is created based on the webpage link. The additional parameters that Nuconomy added broke those links cached on our side and created a new threads. Those new threads were hiding those previously stored comments. We just need to do one more import and all your comments will return. Also keep in mind on wordpress, trackbacks are counted as comments so your numbers maybe skewed. Once I get a new export I can give you the actual number of comments and a comparison. 1.
