"Indian Ocean with Simon Reeve" looks like a travel/natural history program but is actually about world affairs - http://www.bbc.co.uk/program...

However many immature "Lean UX" teams have an aversion to design artefacts just as many entrenched UX designers fetishise them / @jboogie
I'd argue that "Lean UX" wasn't any more anti-deliverable as regular "UX" was pro deliverable / @jboogie
Lean UX is not anti deliverable by @jboogie http://johnnyholland.org/2012...
One of the best articles on creating a culture of innovation I've read in a while - http://www.fastcodesign.com/1669657...

RT @fs_filipek: @andybudd That's very true. Dale Carnegie said that almost century ago. Design profession requires more soft skills than most people think.
RT @mat_walker: @andybudd A good designer rolls with the punches and can react accordingly. A bad one has a creative hissy fit which helps no one
The full frontal assault is rarely the best approach. Much better to be inclusive than to call on the authority of design.
The funny thing is that most designers think that the only way to sell their design is through logic and force of argument.
Avoid blame. Take responsibility for your own mistakes and let clients take responsibility for theirs. It's the only way to grow in design.
Another good article on getting invited to speak and similar to our philosophy at @dconstruct - http://goodexperience.com/2010...
