"When they work out it's got medicine on it, they find a way of rejecting your chosen method of administering the medication. On of our pack 'Tidus' needs a lot or should I say, a long course of Baytril quite a lot of the time. These are some of the methods we've found to work:- Blend a tiny bit of butter and some sugar on a tea spoon (you don't need much) and then mix in the medicine. This one works really well I've never seen a rat refuse such delicious. In fairness we only use this when he's off his food and needs a bit of fat on him. Apple sauce.
