材料：大頭菜半顆，紅蘿蔔一條，白蘿蔔半條，冷凍青碗豆（冷凍庫必備）一飯碗，一公升雞高湯一包，洋蔥半顆，高麗菜四分之一顆，蕃茄一顆，某天早餐沒煎完的維也納香腸三條，全部該削的削，該切的切成丁狀（豆子不用，謝謝），電話麵備用。 煮法：高湯煮滾之後，全部丟進快鍋裏，煮滾升兩條線之後，再小火煮個三分鐘，離火放進冷水裏冰鍋底一下強制洩壓（因為我也不希望材料全都化成糊糊的影響食慾），打開鍋蓋之後，這時候再加一些水進去煮滾，然後放入通心麵（比點綴性再多一點的量，因為是要吃飽的）煮到通心麵熟了軟了，撒些乾燥香草，就關火悶著了。 - angiesaid
