Committed a performance enhancing patch to BuddyPress trunk. The admin bar was using some slow functions, those are toast. More to come.

@dimensionmedia There are docs on setting up BuddyPress, and my video on the Mac enviro. Using trac - no, but there should be.
@technosailor Those functions need to be used inside the site blogs loop, otherwise the glbl won't exist: http://codex.buddypress.org/develop... same as WP.
