not that I'm aware of, though there is the whole save-lisp-and-die approach, which sounds horrible, but effectively builds a binary lisp image (platform specific) which is the running lisp process with your application code and all the supporting libraries loaded - so that it starts back up at the function call you choose. Aaron knows more about it than I do...I'm pretty sure that he uses a customized image for all his development (with all the libs he likes pre-loaded so its starts up uber-fast).
