An Apple customer since March 1, 1984 when I bought the original Macintosh 128K. I've been weeping for joy and in frustration ever since.

Purging old Retrospect backups. Restoring, moving to compressed & encrypted disk image, store online. Big job, lotsa backups.
Come on @spam, get your shit together. I post "MacBook" and in < 1 minute I get spammed by SimonaVian8417.
Tried to set up Home Sharing on wife's MacBook to Apple TV. Nightmare involving restarting both devices. ATV never did set time. Bad Apple.
Dear Apple, when I type in a file name in TextEdit and then change the File Format, please don't replace my title with Untitled. Thanks.
My entire Google+ stream has been emptied of all posts except my own. That's the second major site I've broken tonight.
Now @Netflix_CA Instant Queue menu option gone. Conan in suggested list, can't be streamed or searched: http://lockerz.com/s/142825810
Now @Netflix_CA is offering to let me resume watching the documentary it said wasn't available for streaming. Can't. Stop. Laughing.
It is simply not possible for @Netflix_CA to be a bigger screwup: http://lockerz.com/s/142823265
Hey @Netflix_CA, I'm going to watch a documentary now. How about you go on a coffee break so the movie isn't deleted while I'm watching. OK?
Movie started watching on @Netflix_CA just last night was deleted without warning. Same when in middle of TV series. WTF? Customer hostile!
Guess @Netflix_CA Instant Queue is a screwup as there is no way to add streaming titles. @Netflix playing Russian roulette with semi-auto.
We now have a @Netflix_CA Instant Queue in Canada, then says discs not available and lists watched titles as incomplete but not partials.
It's a real toss up as to whether the @netflix iPhone or Apple TV app is the buggiest. Bugs just don't get fixed either.
It was thoughtful of Apple to provide a free comedy show on the iPhone. Watch wi-fi networks in your home appear, vanish, & try to connect.

Delete the bogus smart mailbox. Warns me that the delete cannot be undone. Why? It should be trivial.
Create a "smart mailbox" in Apple Mail searching for a string in the body. Finds 4 messages, none of which contain the string. Sigh.
So the new Firefox 7.0 for Mac doesn't list the version in the Get Info window, unlike 6.0 did. Hmm.
RT @danfrakes: When developers stick their stuff at the root of ~/Library, ~/Documents, or /, it makes me wonder if they actually use a Mac.
iCal lets me enter a location in an event but doesn't give me the option to map it? What century is this again?
The reason Apple doesn't invite me to their events has nothing to do with my laments about their products. They know the demo would crash.
Decided that TextEdit was not suitable for mixed text and video. Copy all, paste into Word 2011, repeatable crash. This is my life.
Dear Apple, when I turn off the "Delete after import" option in Image Capture, I really mean it. Why offer the option if it's ignored?
I'm truly amazed major tech sites don't have a mobile interface. Their sites are too busy for desktop browsers and are unusable on iPhone.
Guy stops in the middle of an intersection to groom his dog. Looks annoyed when I try to proceed. I'm speechless.
I wonder if Jack MacLaren, PC Candidate for Ontario, respects the Do Not Call List and my answering machine that tells them not to call? No.
With the latest #TekSavvy cable Internet outage, now won't reach 99.7% (5 min/day) until Dec. 12. 16 min/day avg in 42 days, 42% prime time.
Looks like iPhone's network preferences are hosed. Bluetooth is off but Personal Hotspot thinks it's on and usable. Groan.
I've already power-cycled the iPhone twice. I guess it's time for Yet Another Lion Power Cycle®.
