Yes, I was having trouble the other day and when I went with someone's advice - can't remember who (I am in real time right now) - to reduce the number of sites and then submit it was right on again. Sadly, its more time consuming but way better still than completely manual - I guess. - Elizabeth

thanks Adam. I don't take it as mean at all. Good point. I used to so the same thing! Maybe if I approach it as a money making opportunity ( which is really what it is in the end) it might be better. Or maybe I should look at another niche? Not sure. I do the freebie trading so thought it would be a good place to start. I'll have to think about it. Thanks - onna

nice design, just at first glance just needs a clearer "how it works" explanation then it should be good for you to focus esp. if you are knowledgeable in the market and how to's of that. also including articles relaited to that would help to engage them. Like how much effort is involved etc. how to effectively .... - JuneM

I use it, as I find it far more professional and user-friendly than other sites, such as LinkedIn. Also, I like their groups - am involved in some very active ones and have actually met some very interesting "real" people through the site. - Jen

Chad, I love their real world networking - a lot more events and get togethers happen. It is mostly German and German-speaking users. I prefer LinkedIn though as it's more got way more U.S/U.K/Australians and English-speaking users. - Adam

I've had some pages vanish from the google ranking too. Mainly web 2.0 pages. Anyway, google is a dynamic machine, they make changes to it all the time. It is not unusual, do not worry, just keep doing your thing and you will be back. - Jorge Blanco

Common occurrence in google, when first launched sites rank, then on subsequent data server updates when algorithms apply, un-aged new domains with lower inbound link quality will then most times dissappear. Also a consideration is if over speed in bookmarkeing or getting links from low quality sites can effect you too. Do your hubpages, squidoo lenses and ezine articles quality articles with good long tail keywords and related word phrase keywords and youll start back up the ladder - JuneM

Yes, you are 'NOWHERE' because when a new site is indexed, Google is polite enough to let it rank immediately unless it has serious red flags they recognize. (remember it's a private company offering a directory, a product to it's users-searchers. It is not a non-profit that owes website developers anything. When you approach like that, you'll benefit.) Anyway, after the initial inclusion, you are "sandboxed- that is evaluated, categorized, etc. If it's decent you'll be right back. It's normal. - Ed Shahzade /NextInstinct

Yeah it is just a "freshness" boost in google. A new page or site may rank for a bit. It could be days or months. Then it just disappears. With a bit of new content and links you can get it back up there depending on the keyword and competition. - Jorbins Online Magazine

That tends to happen my rankings jump and fall every day. One of my posts was 1 and now its in the second page. As long as you rank for many different keywords, it should be okay. - Eric Roberts
